Guarantee of accommodation quality
When you make a reservation through Chalets Hub, you choose to spend your holiday in the property of a private owner.
Before offering a Chalet for rent, our team visits the property to check the accuracy of the facilities, we add to our portfolio only properties that meet absolutely all conditions. Through this approach, our company manages to maintain high standards for all our customers. We also guarantee that the images of the properties are in perfect accordance with reality.
Booking and payment process
To confirm a reservation, the tenant must pay 50% of the cost of the rental cost. Once payment is received, the dates for the requested period will be blocked and the booking is confirmed.
The last payment of 50% will be made 4 weeks before the check-in date.
Exceptions are made only when the check-in date is less than 4 weeks away. In this case, the guest will have to pay 100% of the rental cost.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation by the guest (for any reason) must be made in writing (this may include fax or email). The effective date of the cancellation is the date on which we receive the written notification. If the cancellation is made 4 weeks or more before your arrival at the property, all payments made will be refunded. If the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before your arrival at the property, payments made up to that point will be retained, except for the security deposit, which will be refunded in full. Security deposits are fully refundable in case of cancellation. We will make efforts to secure a replacement guest for your canceled dates. If a replacement is secured, we will refund all payments made by the guest, minus any difference between the price paid by the guest and the price paid by the replacement client.
What is the lowest price guarantee?
We want to make sure that the property you book with us offers you the best price on the market.
Chalets Hub has set a lower price guarantee with the owners, stipulated in contracts. This means that the price you will find on Chalets Hub will always be lower than on other platforms.
However, if you find the same Chalet at a lower price and with the same conditions (same period, number of people, services), Chalets Hub will offer you the same price.
What is the exact address of the property?
On the Chalets Hub website you will find a map where you can see the approximate area where the Chalet is located. In some cases, you can see the exact address. This way, you can easily look around and even switch to satellite viewing. If our website does not show the exact location, we will send you the exact address of the property as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Can I request a last minute discount?
We’d love to offer you a last minute discount. If you intend to make a booking with the check-in in less than two weeks, please contact us and we will try to obtain you a discount. We will contact the property owner and inform you what discount we can offer you.
Do you offer any additional services?
You will also enjoy additional services, that are included in the rental price, we offer many services and gifts included in the rental price such as FREE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING, CHANGE OF BED LINEN EVERY 3 DAYS, FREE PREMIUM WELCOME PACK, FREE PRE-ARRIVAL SHOPPING SERVICE.
We also offer other services for a fee, such as: Airport transfers, Massage therapist, Babysitter, Grocery delivery, Personal chef and many more.
