Designed and newly built as a luxury family property, Chalet Arbreval feels like a home from home and a place you can truly relax in. Situated at the beginning of the Vallée de la Manche, it commands the most spectacular views of the Pleney and Nyon pistes and is nestled in to the hillside overlooking the Morzine valley.
As far as picture perfect views go, this one would be hard to beat. Split over three levels, the architects have incorporated everything you would expect to make this home a perfect self-catered property and completed the building with luxury finishes, a home cinema, outdoor entertaining deck, hot tub and sumptuous, designer soft furnishings. At the entrance level there is a large parking area for four cars, a secure garage, boot room with heated boot and glove racks and a large laundry room with separate washing and drying machines. The first level is also home to the cinema room. With a library of DVDs and console games, this is the perfect place to cosy up after a long day on the mountain, or a perfect place for children to entertain themselves.
The second floor is a large open plan living and dining area which takes in the spectacular vista from wrap around windows and French doors facing over the valley. Two sitting areas provide plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the log fire or watch something on the large TV. With a SONOS© sound system and open plan kitchen dining room, the chalet is perfect for entertaining. You can use the chalet’s iPad and we also provide a GoPro, which can be taken out on the mountain. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a large pantry, wine fridges and two ovens meaning that whether you are self-catering or hiring our chef to prepare meals, everything is catered for.
One bedroom is located on this level which has a large en-suite shower room and can be configured as either a double or twin room. Moving outside from the living room, a large and beautifully landscaped deck and garden means that the entertaining can continue outside taking full advantage of its sunny position. A barbeque, outdoor dining table, sun loungers and large hot tub make this the ultimate place to watch the weekly fireworks from. In summer this deck and garden make Chalet Arbreval stand out from the rest, allowing guests to truly enjoy the Alpine fresh air from their own secluded garden.
The top level of the chalet comprises of four further bedrooms. The master suite has a large balcony and French windows meaning that guests can enjoy stunning views of the ski slopes and Morzine village from their own bed. Two bedrooms, which also look out over the valley, share a very large bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have access to balconies and have excellent storage space. The third en-suite bedroom has views of the garden and deck area below. All of the bedrooms can be configured as double or twin rooms.
