Residence 11 sleeps up to ten guests in four gorgeous bedrooms and is located on the third floor of this impressive building. This wonderful apartment marries old-world mountain charm with contemporary style creating a space that is both rustic and glamorous and perfectly tuned into its location. Cleverly designed, this apartment makes wonderful use of the floor space resulting in a property that is full of options for relaxing and socialising. With the added benefit of the residence’s superb spa facilities, Residence 11 is perfect for a group of friends or a family seeking a restorative break in the mountains.
The main hub of the property, the open plan living, dining and kitchen area is wonderfully spacious yet maintains a cosy ambience with generous use of reclaimed wood. An elegant wood-burning fireplace, built into a central column, with three-sided glass, allows for guests to enjoy its warming qualities from both the living and the dining area. On the living room side, a TV has also been built into this column. Grey and vivid blue tones, tasteful alpine touches and beautiful wall art infuse the room with character. A generous and comfortable sofa, armchair and ottoman provide ample space for relaxing, while to the left, a delightful wooden alcove with bench and antique chairs provides a perfect nook for a group to gather over a board game or some cards. The dining table is long and overhung by a stiking pair of antlers incorporated into a chandelier. It seats up to ten people, flanked by a built-in bench on one side and stylish upholstered chairs on the other. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, is a beautifully crafted functional space which is fully equipped and a fantastic space in which to prepare meals, without missing any of the action.
The remainder of the apartment is taken up by four bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. All bedrooms are similarly finished in earthy tones and this refined style continues in the simple yet sophisticated bathrooms.
The first bedroom is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower room. Floor to ceiling windows allow for natural light to flood in during the day. The second and third bedrooms are both double bedrooms which enjoy en-suite shower rooms, as well as glass doors leading out to small terraces, again letting in abundant sunlight. The last of the bedrooms is a gorgeous bunk room with two sets of adult-sized built-in wooden bunkbeds, sleeping up to four people. This room is spacious and guests benefit from a lovely living area with two couches, as well as a large bathroom with a separate shower. This bedroom and two of the doubles have mounted TVs on the walls.
